Engine Ideas for 97 Accent GL

Well...I have a 97 Accent GL that I am working on, and I am thinking of getting a larger, more durable engine in it. At the moment, I am unsure what to look for, as I am not the most knowledgable in engine swaps. Please give me your thoughts as to what you all know of for engines that would fit my engine compartment or are swappable, etc. I would definitely like to put a larger engine with greater horsepower, and more easily able to be modified. I know of some swaps that were made, in particular a 2.0L turbo I found on Car Domain that had 225hp, but I honsetly am quite unsure what to look for.

Any that can tell me what the heck kinda engine is in here, please let me know, as this has a nice 270 hp with the turbo!

That is a hyundai beta 2.0l engine found in the tiburon and elantra.

The Beta is the biggest and best engine that is a direct swap into the Accent.
