today i went to the smog referee down the street and talked to him about my 4g63 swap into a 95 accent...... he said since the 4g was used from 91 and on past 95 that the swap will be legal and will pass visual with no problems.....
sooooooooo saturday i go pick up my 4g and then next week im gonna go look at a 95 for $800..... so ill be starting my lil project pretty soon!
Swapping a 4g into an Accent is gonna take a LOT of custom fab to get it to work right. With the 4g, the motor and tranny are installed backwards compared to the Accent.
I hope you already knew that.
Yea hes all set he knows whats going on :-D a little birdy told him. Hey man congrats on that, the 95 will be cool even though the 03 would be better hehe. Best of luck you can get wiring diagrams from the same place as the others came from. Will chat at ya later.

y not just use the motor from an esi-r, they have the motor the same way and they are availabe in the states. y does it matter? If you are going to have to fab all your own mounts use custom axles and all that y would it be so crutial to retain the current location of the motor? It doesnt matter at all there is not point in making sure the motor is on the same side. Least i dont think there is.
