sorry to burst your bubble dude but i have built 5 custom built cars/trucks that have been no slower than 11 seconds... i have WAy more mechanical knowledge than alot of people and my fabrication skills are through the roof being a certified welder for many many years... when it comes to automobiles i can make anything happen.. not to mention drop a 454 into a carmenghia. keep runnin your mouth and think you know what the hell you are talkin about... this swap will be one of the easiest i have ever done.. its gonna take a whole 3 custom motor mounts OHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH thats hard..... get a life
oh and 1 more thing... do you bring home $6100 a month? IF i wanted to pay for someone to do this it would be a drop in the piggy bank, but im not cuz i know what the hell i am doing... before you run your mouth think of who you are talkin to im not some fuckin moron .... and yes vtec hondas are still crap in my eyes....!!! oh and as for the s2000 bein so damn fast..... why does my friend 95 gst smoke em?

Great, you can weld and blah blah blah but there is a little more to it then a few welds. Hell, there is more to it then trying to cram your 1970's tecnology 454 engine into an already RWD vehicle. What, do you think you were the first to shove a V8 into a karmen ghia (You would think that if you realy owned one, you would know how to spell it or at least the fact that it starts with a "K"). Hell, I bet there are swap kits available for that.:hmmm:

Uhhhh, because your friends car is modded:hmmm: Since the stock (naturally aspirated) 2.0 ltr Honda motor will run over a full second faster then a stock 1995 GST.

no shit it takes more than a few welds i know that... and no a 4g swap into a crx isnt pointless... there are a million b16 b18 swaps out there..... i want to have somethin thats NOT common... and yes i drive an accent i liked the styling and handling sue me!
Then get a Porsche 911 Turbo if you're into suspension and handling...just save up for 2 years...unless you want to waste time putting that 4G63 in that CRX...though,...I fail to see the purpose of that...don't you generally want to put a better/faster engine in a car? That's like eating an apple instead of an orange as a snack. They're virtually the same thing, but one contains certain vitamins and nutrients the other doesn't have (not to mention taste...). One's not better than the other...throwing a 4G63 in an Accent is like drinking apple juice, rather than eating the actual apple...sheesh...I hope none of you follow this rambling. :hmmm: uzzled:

Ok matt vtec is not junk its just a worthless way of makind absolutely no power and getting better fuel mileage at under 3500 rpms. ITs not a terrible idea but it is for fuel economy not performance at least in the civics and crap. As far as the 4g swap into a crx thats not pointless its his perogative but you narrow minded sob's cant see past teh hyundai simble in front of your car. The exel looks like ish box and thats why he wouldnt do that, dont you think hes get mad props for being the first street legal dsm crx awd, i think he would, autobot your sir are a complete a**hole. Def would make for one sick crx, and as for the 4g not being a good engine, i have yet to see a beta bush 400 hp on stock internals, or a honda h22 push that kinda power on stock internals. So i wouldnt really knoch the motor, it is honestly quite amazing that the motor used by mitsu as far back as 87 and even 84 i think it first appeared is pretty much the same motor you see today in the evo 8.
