lc vs x3

ok i know the wiring in the lc has to be completely changed in order to do the swap, but supposedly it doesnt have to in the X3. is the wiring in the x3 simply cut and splice or is it gonna have to get all ripped out like the lc?? oh yea i'm useing the beta 1 with tranny and new ecu

You can splice, but I am not going to lie and tel you it is simple. The wires are not all color matched. Hell, the wires are even different colors in some if not all years of the X3's. You will probably want (need) the Hyundai Tech manuals.
