1.6 mods

I am an owner of a 1996 Hyundai Elantra 1.6l. I was thinking of getting a 1.8 engine coz it supposedly gives more power. Wat kind of NA mods can I stil do to my 1.6? could I just change pistons? is there any room for improvement if I get a 1.8?

If you are going to do the swap I would put the 2.0 Beta motor in the car. It will cost the same and you will have 10hp more.<img src=/images/forums/snitz/thumbup.gif width=25 height=18 border=0>

Yeah, even if you get the 1.8 or the 2.0 the turbo options are the same for both parties.
