Tilt Steering Wheel Swap for 03 Accent?

I am swapping my seats out and getting the front mounts cut out and new mounts lowered .. The stock Steering wheel... is way high up as it is.. , I wonder if i could drop the steering column and put a tilt linkage mechanism on it somehow..

I know they make a steering wheel spacer for the tib.. , but thats only half the battle.. b/c the angle will still be wacky....

Why don't you check in Canada. Canadian spec Accents all come with adjustable tilt steering columns. Maybe you could pick one up from a wrecker.:

Or he could check US salvage yards to find an '03 with Tilt.:hmmm::
