Default Swap Accent 04

Hey listen I don't want anything special, jus a beta in my accent. I have an 04 Lc2 GT and was wondering which beta would be better for the swap. I can get a hold of a beta one for nothing, but wanted to make sure that it was the easier of the 2 to swap. Thx

Ryan

Personally, I would get one that is MAP based.

2001-2003 Elantras
2003 Tiburons

yeah the only thing needed to do on this swap is too make new holes for the passager motor mount. And to switch over to the accents ecu wiring and keep your accents tranny and get the tibby fly wheel and you are good to go.

Check the emissions laws -- at least where I live (Georgia) engine swaps are not streetable unless the engine is from the same model year as the car or newer.

In other words, you'll need a 2004 or newer engine.
