Default 4G63T Idle speed too high???

Ok...My 4G63T swap in my 92 sonata is almost done. The engine is running but there are some little things to fix.First the radiator fan doesn't start so I got overheating.I think it's due to the coolant sensor in the lower section of the radiator.Since i'm not reusing my old rad maybe the sensor on the new is dead(the sensor isn't new).So I will reuse my old sensor...maybe it's that.
Now, my second problem. My idle speed is way too high.Even with the adjustment screw fully screwed I'm not able to drop the idle speed below 2200 rpm.The idle is correct for about 15 sec after start up then it began to rise slowly up to about 2200-2500 rpm.Maybe someone has encountered this problem after a swap...Can you help me?

Check to see if there is a leak in your intake anywhere. Even a small one can cause a high idle, VW's had a bad history of this. And check your timming, not sure if you can adjust it, but still check it anyways.

Even with my old sensor my fan didn't want to start.I think i'm gonna use an adjustable fan controller instead and bypass the stock system. It will be easier.
And for the idle problem...I don't have any vacuum leaks but it doesn't feel like an idle speed too high due to a leak. It's really the IAC motor who rise up the idle slowly after engine start up.Something must fool the PCM...I'l keep searching thanks for ya help!

I found my idle problem. When using the Talon's IAC motor on the Sonata's wiring harness, 2 wires need to be inverted...that was just that.
