1991 4g63t excel

hey i recently bought an automatic 1991 hyundai excel and i plan to swap in a 4g63t. i plan on getting a first gen but would like to know how many pounds of boost i can safely run and max hp with stock engine internals and turbo? also i would like to know where i can find a 91 excel manual trans and i was wondering i i will need to get new axles?? any information is apprecitaed.

On the stock engine you can run 18psi. But I wouldnt go over 15 just in case.
