CV joint/Driveshaft

My 95 Accent Auto to Manual swap is moving along(slowly), but I have another question.

Are the driveshafts the same for Auto and Manual? I wanted to replace one of them, and the the autoparts store asked me if it was for an Auto?
I thought it didn't matter.

auto and manual don't use the same axles
you need to get new ones

i thought the only difference was the length of them. every auto parts store around here told me they don't sell axles for hyundais.

Ok. Will a Scoupe driveshaft (from a manual) fit on my Accent? Both are 95's.
