I have a 94 Elantra and swap the engine from 92 eclipse 2.0 turbo.

I need to know what ECU to use, air flow meter, and harness..\
and do i need to replaced the fuel pump..

use the ecu for the 2L turbo, upgrade your fuel pump, i believe the harness from the elantra works, not 100% positive.

but the maf plug for the eclipse its not the same as the elantra plug .\

You will need to break down the wiring and swap the eclipse plug onto the elantra harness.

In theory you can just add the extra wires for the MAF plug, knock sensor and resistor pack and use the existing harness. The DSM ECU already plugs into the Elantra wiring. I'd probably just use the 1.8 intake manifold and throttle body on the 4G63 along with all the other sensors if there is any difference between the connectors.
