I would take out the spark plugs and disconnect the coil from the ECU. I would put about a teaspoon of oil in each cylinder and crank it 3 times for about 20 seconds each crank ( so as not to overheat the starter ) to send oil to the bearings. Replace the plugs and reconnect the coil and you should be good to go. Also, remove the fuse from the fuel pump so that no gas is injected.
