Default clarification on immobilizer

Hey guys,
I currently have a 2002 1.5l sohc lc accent I would like to beta swap. What I would like to do is make a full swap, including ecu, axles, and tranny to avoid problems in the future, in case I want to boost. From what I've read on the forum, I'll need to get an 00' beta to avoid the immobilizer problem, is this correct or is there another way around it? Will any of my stock accent parts be able to handle a boosted beta? As far as relocation, and modification, I'll be moving the battery to the trunk, power steering I've heard has to move, and a motor mount will have to be customized, is that it? Approximately how long can I expect this to take?

-Steve
