Default all wheel drive mod

hey,
i have heard and read online about people having rear wheel drive mods and some having a full blown 4 wheel drive kit on their Hyundai accent coming form a third party Subaru company i have searched for hours online and come across no definite answers or products is this a full out custom job or is there something im just missing any help on this would be greatly appreciated im running a 03 gsi accent if that helps out any more

full custom, only one i've seen was swapped from an evo.

but they do have some 4g63t awd's swapped in too that i heard.

ll wheel drive LC2.....oh that would be SWEET!!! AS Ive said before...once I get the money and my 1.6 is gone Im so oing it....it will prolly be sometime though before that happens, till then Ill just keep dreaming.

I've never seen a "kit". I think it would have to be totally custom. One idea is to use the entire drivetrain out of a AWD Tucson with a 4-cyl Beta and a manual trans.

thanks alot guys,
like i said i was just curious i'll be taking a look into trying to get the all wheel drive train out from a Tuscan and dropping my gsi on that lol i plan on getting a wrx sti turbo in there as well to help keep all four tires pulling steady.. lol...
i'll keep you guys updated on how the cars coming along i plan to leave it as a sleeper but just a a custom paint job or something simple for the look.

Are you sure they make a tuscon like that? (awd, manual and beta at the same time) If so I should find one?

Ok, intresting.. Its weird that info is contrary to info ive read online. Maybee you cant get the 2.0 4wd manual in Canada

Thats what Im gonna do...2.0 AWD Turbo...taht will keep me Hyundai still wich is what I want. Isnt it the same 2.0 as the Elantra and Tib?

Yes, it's the same Beta-II engine. I would suggest getting a 2004-up Beta-II engine that uses the CVVT cam timing and MAF sensor (instead of MAP).
