It says for tibby, it should work for the elantra motor as well right. They both are beta 2.. Am i correct?

you are correct. The box on mine said it was for a 1.8 tib.

ok thanks. Are all parts interchangeable? Even some 1.8 parts?

some are from the 1.8, yes. You can even swap crank, rods, and pistons around to get diffrent compression ratios, etc.

If they are both beta2's they are 100% the same between the elantra and tib.

The only time that is not true is between 03 and 04s, because of the addition of cvvt (or some 03's in cali) Then parts of the head and electronics are diffrent. The block is the same.
