Default beta x3 with alpha trans help

im finding mixed information so these are the questions i need answered. first off i have a 99 accent, the engine is from a 97 elantra, i want to use the alpha trans.
1. i know i need the scoupe clutch but does it matter if its a turbo or not
2. will the beta ecu plug n play with the 99 wire harness
3. if i want to upgrade engine parts what other models have parts that will fit and what are they

1. don't know for sure
2. wiring is direct fit, maybe some wires to add lenght but that's it
