I've been looking for grill mesh on the web to put in the front of my 01 accent. I've seen people saying home depot has the gutter gaurd, but I didn't like the style they had at my local. I'm looking for the honeycomb style.(mmmmmm) Anyone know where I can find some?
Thanks

I've been looking for metal mesh for the front grill as well! The gutter guard is very light metal so I was looking for a heavier guage. found stainless steel and aluminum. Aluminum was my choice, till I found out it was very expensive, a sheet 4'X 8' is about $135.00 and 2'X 4' was $70.00, price included shipping. I had price for 1/2" high and 1" long hole pattern (or close to those dimensions) the thickness was .081. If you want to find where to purchase them put in aluminum metal and hit search. I think it's cheaper to purchase one already made for the hyundai's!

Ok this is the same question I was asking not to long ago.....What you need to do is go to lowels or any lumberyard store and go in the drywall section......They will have sheets of mesh that is use when putting dry wall up....It comes in a 3x8 sheet....It only cost $4.00.....If you want to see some pics give me your email and I send you some of my tibby....I had to make some custom grill for my GTR kit......It looks really good....Im always in Team SR so look me up there.....

Installed front grill today. It looks good. Used metal lath and not gutter guard! Metal lath was found in Lowes (ask for metal lath that goes with spackling or plaster and or dry wall) It was very easy to do, just alot of patience, plus I have a tool for bending metal with. No need to remove the front bumper (although it does make it easier to do) and I didn't have half a day to waste doing that either. Didn't use sticky fasteners with tie downs. I'm in the process of taking pictures and will have them in the gallery under Doc. Oh yah, total cost under $10.00...
