tailight conversion question?

wanted to know will 99-2000 tails fit on a 96 elantra? would like to change the dull
tails it has now...also would like to repaint the car as well?
does any one know of a good & not so expensive body shop in the nyc area that can do
this?

Man if your gonna shell out the loot to change your tails why would you put 2000 elantra tails. I cant wait to get rid of mine.

my car is running great. i just wanna pep the look up alil bit. besides the cost of
doing this beats monthly payments for 3 years on a new car anyday.
