I just got done installing the front bumper on this kit for a 1st gen Tibby and that was a pain and now the SIDE : ( is scaring me...I've cut some of the front part of the side skirts and before I go on I want to know if it's nessessary because there is no way I can get that side to sit flush with my car..any one else experience this or how did you install..PLEASE help me!

i think the only way to get what you are trying to do is to mold it on

no what I mean is that you got the back piece nice and snug but that front piece you know that part that buldges out on the front fender..that piece is a b!tch to fit on the car!
