Default What fender are these?...(prolly for joonie)

I see kspec's site updated sometime ago...(I haven't been there for about a month or so)...and I see something I like...but couldn't find it on their site:

Sweet fenders....where can I get some? I'm pretty sure that's a Gen 2 Tib...you can tell from the clear corners...but...even if it was a Gen 1, the fenders will fit both (or so we're told...)...so...this question is prolly for joonie, since he runs the site.

Screw the frigging SR fenders...they're like every other goddamn car that has the BMW Z3 fender rip-offs. Definitely overused and UNORIGINAL.

But those...kspec ones...I don't think I'm able to wipe up the drool whenever I look at it...until I close the browser window.

I like the "gills" by the door, but I'm not too crazy about the 2 small openings near the turn signal. :ermm:

i am with visions here the gils are very nicely laid out but the two little holes in the front look out of place and just stuck in for the hell of it

i do however like the fenders overall and would like to see more pics of them installed and find out where to get them

uhm... I was thinking maybe they were functional... air goes in... air goes out... but I dunno uzzled: I agree though... for styling concepts, keeps the gills by the door but get rid of the first two openings

I found them :

http://hdkautosport.com/Merchant2/merchant.mv?Screen=PROD&Store_Code=HA&Product_Code =ADHTRC&Category_Code=HTAD

I haven't really heard too many good things about hdk, but i do agree that the gills look good, but either fiberglass over the two front openings or at least make them functional, i don't know, how about brake cooling ducts?

CCSPMP, i agree, however i kind of like the way they look in red, but i have a cardinal red tib so maybe i'm just prejudiced.

Another choice would be the z3 style fenders from custom composites available at importshark.com.

And i have to disagree with majik and arctic about the z3 rip-offs, if any car SHOULD have GILLS on the fenders it should be the tiburon, IMO bmw just got to them before hyundai did.

i always thought the tiburon (shark) should have gills, it needs to breath right

here is a couple of old drawings i did of how i would like to do the gills on mine

also i think you are right the fenders look beter in the first pic i think the car in the website is just to cluttered
