Is there a kind of sticker that is black but with the sun it kind of glows and when theres no sun...well its only normal black... my question is kinda bizzar but you never know ??

Sounds like you're looking for a chamelion sticker or like one of those that change with heat, i.e. direct sunlight heating it up faster than the metal causes it too look different when the sun comes out.
