The hood pins, my pop is gonna take a look at them with me this weekend.

Now for the bad.

Curt (CustomComposite) hasn't returned 1 phone call or any of my 5 emails since I recieved my hood. He hasn't shipped me my other scoops that were part of our deal, and he also hasn't sent me the 1/2 of the s/h he said he'd pay.

So far, I wouldn't recommend anyone work with him again. Another great addition to the Hyundai parts crowd.

Oh well, can't get them to work here. They work at RDtiburon.com and HA.com. If I could delete the post or fix the links I would.

Sorry.

Is it just me or is the coloring of the hood off?

Doesn't matter...I could possibly do a hood out of C/F for us...but not until 2007-2008...after I do some C/F stuff for myself...but I could tell you that if I do one, it would most likely contain a Nomex honeycomb sandwich...which means it may end up being $$$ (only because just having layers of C/F, or even just two layers, is wasteful and the durability isn't as strong as a honeycomb matrix...such a Nomex or some sort of metal). I saw a couple of C/F hoods for the Tibs on NT.com...and they looked like they had cardboard sandwiched inbetween them. uzzled:

The gapping on the hood is because my car was in an accident before I bought it. Stuff just doesn't line up right in the front right side.

The color is off because it's just FG Gel Coat. When I get it painted it'll rule.

I don't mind the hoodpins, but I just wish I could get them to meet up.
