Default Question about Rota wheels

I'm interested in what people think about Rota wheels. Are they a good reliable company? Well made wheels? Do they get recognition or is it another brand that consists mostly of knock-offs and poorly made rims?

Next... what do you think about these Rota Subzero's on my car? I would get Silver w/polished lip. It's pretty much the same thing that's on my car now, except 5-spoke split instead of 6... and I would keep it 17" to save some ride quality.
What's the highest size tire I could get on an 18" rim, +45mm offset, with factory suspension? I've pulled out the wheel well lining but the space between my 215/40/17 tires and the back of my sideskirts isn't a very big gap. Would it be bad to get a larger tire size for the front, and smaller in the back? 215/45/17 vs. 215/40/17... or would that be a bad idea? wouldn't be able to rotate them uzzled: I need a little more height for the front bumper... and the extra tire wouldn't be a problem in the front, but might be in the back

I like them, people have their own chioces, from what I hear they are light weight and worth the money.

I was looking @ the attack: (VOLK copy) but they are limited...I see you like the SUBZERO (good one)

I really liked the Battles but the 17's and 18's dont come in my bolt pattern. The ones shown above are 16.5lbs for 17" in silver

I have a set of Slips and I am really happy with them. They're on my profile. After about 15,000 with them and hard street driving they have one bend in the inside lip. It doesn't shake the car though. I figure that even if one cracked or whatever I could just get another for $100 or so. I say get them.

those look nice. What size tire d you have on them? The bolt pattern is really confusing me... it has holes for the lugs, then it has oval shaped spaces between the holes. Are those meant for the other lug pattern or just a design?

all rota's are knockoffs, but they are quality knockoffs. they are lightweight and well built and cheap, pretty popular amongst honda owners and scca racers. i myself will be picking up a set of rota's this summer.
