actually it would be easier to have an rd1 and to rd2 rear, i would assume.. you would need the rear bumper, tails, hatch, and a lil body work on the rear fenders.
No bodywork on the rear quarter panels would be needed... they're the same.
You'd need an RD2 rear bumper support too, as they are different between gens.
