the few of us that did do interior work had
A. Replaced seats with afterMarket
B. RattleCanned plastic parts
C. Got Professionaly Re-Upholstered

I wouldn't attempt carpeting or upholstering unless i've had pleanty of experience doing it

It Was A Rocky Start But I Got It Down And The Door Panels Look Alot Better Now. The Seats I Dont Know What To Do With Yet Cant Afford To Get New Ones Or Have Them Re-Done. I Will Post Pics When The Whole Cars Done.

If you don't mind getting used seats from a junkyard in decent condition. You could pull from another accent or a tibby.

I got myself a "new" driverseat for my accent since the one in the car was ripped and had cig burns on it and such. With a little TLC on the seat pulled from the yard (just some cleaner made for seats) and let it dry its as good as new and I have an armrest now!

If not you will probably have to take it to a professional that could take your old fabric off and sew you a whole new one.

Another cool little trick is just buying an inexpensive roll of automotive carpet, remove your factory molded carpet and clean it. Then using headliner glue like spray adhesive, glue the roll of carpet over your factory carpet. it actually turns out very nice.

I am planning to get my whole interior retrimed in black leather by MJ Interiors in the UK. Could you post some pics of the door panels you've done in vinyl? and maybe a link to the website you bought the vinyl from?

I'd really like to save some money on the retrim if I can be doing some smaller bits and pieces with black vinyl.

Thanks in advance,
Tobias King
