Default Opinions, painted mirrors and door handles on LC1

I had this idea and I was wondering if you guys think this will look good. I thought of taking the mirrors and door handles off of an LC2. They look identical except they are factory painted. Do you guys think they will look good on a silver LC1 with dark window tint?

yeah i was looking at the mirror/door handle option as well, but i also am kind of interested in power windows and locks, so does anyone know if the doors from an LC2 are going to fit an LC and how hard the wiring for all that business would be? maybe i'll just suck it up, jack the mirrors/handles and roll my windows down on my own

ben.."Accent95" painted his mirrors to factory body color..but i think he had chipping problems with it..

the mirror's have to be sanded wet with a fine sandpaper to create trillion's of microscopic pore's which will effectively bite the primer that will hold the paint.
