Default Need opinion

Hey gang:

Well spring is here and that gets me thinking about what to do with the car. I kinda want to paint my wheels again but I can't decide if i should or not. So i did a quick photochop.

Here's what they look like now: (14" LC GSi/GT alloys painted metalic gunmetal)

Here's what i was thinking:

I like it but then again you don't see many accents with gold rims... just don't want to look like i'm posing or something.

Gimme some ideas pls.

gold kind of always reminds me of old people cars

i'd say stick with what you have now, or maybe choose another colour, but i only say that because i've never been a fan of gold.

gold rims are ok, but not on a white sub-compact. Repaint the car, or stretch it, then it'll match the gold.

Thanks guys that helps. Looking at it today it does look dumb.

Yeah i know about the tint but i just can't make up my mind how dark I wanna go. I had 5% limo in my old Chevette and it was brutal. But I don't want to go too light and just have a smoked look.

It's really not high on my priorities.

i like black rims best, but bronze rims on a white car looks awsome.(bronze not gold) look at his Evo, i think the rims are bronze MechaniX_034: Lancer Evo Project
where did you get those rims? did you buy them with the car from the dealer?
