Anyone know where I could pick up a set of hood dampers for my LC2?

They don't make them for the LC2's. Don't think they make them for Accents at all.

It is fairly easy to rig one up. I've seen it done on a few cars that didn't come with one from the factory. This would be a good DIY project...

hyundai's too cheap to put strut's on entry level cars..

BUT!!

with some parts, tools anbd a little know how..i think we can cobble opne up to fit the hood nicely.

i have 2 hatch strut's that were never used but are in stellar condition,

i'm gonna buy some of those ball pivot joints that screw on to a pre-drilled hole and attach the strut on it.

im gonna start off the hood prop base as a blueprint and work on from there.

Looks interesting. The Accent hood is surprisingly heavy. Definitely post up if you get something working.
