New Car Detailing Question

There is what appears to be a tacky film on the plastic on the upper door panels and dash. Almost like it's residual from some sort of protective film which may have been there from the factory but removed by the dealer.

Any suggestions as to what would do a fine job of getting it off and not messing up the plastic?
