Opinion on Front Lights

See the little lights that are under the head lights
would that look good on a 2008 ?
and how can i get head lamps that look like that

i don't think they have headlights out for the MCs, but I like those LEDs, some people think they're rice but i like them. like on that new Audi. You can pop open the headlights and paint some of the inside trim black, but i don't believe they make projector headlights yet.
