Looks like it just a rendering. If thats the case, then more than likely that kit doesnt exist. However, you could probably replicate it easily by getting fender flares and molding them into the car, as well as a lip kit and subtle side skirts.

umm, that was a concept model for the accent sr. which was released in canada. im not sure if its available as a kit. you can try importshark.com
