Default runnin lean

my friends 2nd gen tib is running lean while driving normal and idling, on the a/f gauge its 2 bars into the red... he have i/h/e and nitrous... and it hesitates when he crams it... how can he fix the problem?

I know this is late but, When you start adding more and more mods, the computer can't keep up. That computer will only do so much to keep the mixture straight. Get a piggy back program. Thats assuming though that all the parts/hoses under the hood are in decent condition.
