Default Brake Lights

i have a 98 accent and i noticed when i turn on the lights, the taillights including the 3rd brake light on as if i was braking and when i hit the brakes it doesnt get any brighter, does anyone know what this can be?

Has someone rewired anything? Somewhere you have a wire crossed.

There is a replacement for displacement. It is on 2 wheels and 600cc.

Autobot is right. The wires that run to the third brake light and tailights are crossed with the parking lights it seems. Look around the fusebox and see.
