might need to get my fenders rolled

I've noticed that whenever I turn hard, my fenders will rub against my wheels.

I was thinking about getting my fenders rolled in. However, I do not know the specifics involved with this process.

Couple of questions for anyone who knows anything about this:

1. What is the cost of such work?

2. Are there any downsides to doing this?

3. What are the actual process for doing this?
