Default 7500 Mile Maintenance

My dealership sent me a notice calling me in for a 7500 mile maintenance service. I have 11,600(!) miles on my car already, but i guess i should go. I can never find the time to do so cuz of school and such. Anyway my question is what do they do at such a service and is it ocvered undere warranty? If not how much is it and how long does it take?
If its nothing too advanced like adjusting the cams or sumthin, i can do it myself.
If ne 1 knows, please do tell.
Peace yall

Basically oil change, lubing all the joints and checking everything for leaks or premature wear. Top off all fluids. They also clean the brake pads and adjust parking break.

You can do it yourself, but I always bring it in for the intervals 7500, 15,000, 30,000 so they can't complain if something breaks and should be covered under warranty and blame it on you not taking it in and could have been prevented if checked.
