Default MAF sensor/TPS????

The tib my sister bought seems to have an issue... its a 97 Tib FX 5 speed... It seems to miss when we're just cruising... seems to be mostly in fifth gear, or when we're runnin down the highway... Or it could be the wind... Just seems wierd... We are thinkin the MAF sensor could be messed up, Somebody also suggested the Throttle Position sensor, but I thought only automatics had these ??? Thanks for any thoughts. Peace. Laura
PS- I'm gonna cross post this to the tib forum, and hyundaiperformance, so dont' get confused

Default Re: MAF sensor/TPS????

hyundai found a problem with the MAF sensor on the tibs. it was only bab contact of the pins on the sensor. try to twist your pins about 5 to 10 degrees and see if that helps.:surprised:
