Im redoing it completely because the flange came apart on the highway, resulting in open headers. Plus, when I redo it, im gonna tuck it under the car a little better. For a flange, im using a 1-5/8ths collector from a camaro. It will have to be slightly modified to mount up to the Pony exh. manifold, but it won't break off again.

In addition, the new exhaust setup is tonnes heavier than the stock one. O well, where the Pony is now it doesn't need an exhaust.

And why dont you buy a full exh. setup?
A: You must like the CherryBomb add in look
B: Red-neck jimmy rigs are your thing
$30? Just use a foldgers can, cheaper, and sounds alot better.
Or does your setup give you 30+ horse at the wheels. Hey your a true ricer wheres your alteeza's?

GSX guy, he doesnt >BUY< an exhaust simply because Jed has the skills to >MAKE< one. :lol: Do you have any similar skills to speak of? Think of it, Jed didnt need any specialized equipment to do this, and though it fell apart it did work for a period of time. Have you undertaken anything like this?

I smell chequebook tuning troll.:gasmask::gasmask::gasmask:

Oh btw, "U dont have a chance?" :lol::lol::lol: Use the search function and try finding "DSM Sonata" and "Hyundai4G63T"...dont blame us if you wet your pants.
