Just talked to the dealership...they quoted me with

60,000 mile plus timing belt for 760.00

Does this sound right...

Sounds a bit high just for the timing belt... should only be around 400 give or take.
You sure that they're not including the tune up as well?

That does include the tune up ...
Is that a good price?

He said the normal 60,000 tune up without the timing belt was like 399

That sounds about right in relation to what they told me too. I must say that they didn't like my response.....which was........"ARE YOU OUT OF YOUR FVKIN MIND!!! IT WILL ONLY COST ME $150 BUCKS TO GET THE PARTS MYSELF AND THAT INCLUDES STUFF THAT YOU WON'T REPLACE. I'LL SAVE MYSELF $600 AND DO IT MY DAMN SELF!!!"
That was right to the service managers face. He tried to tell me it would void my warranty and I told him to take his warranty and his service and shove it up his ass.

so waht you're saying is tune up is going to cost you 360$? i dont see how it can cost that much to replace plugs and wires. either way they're about to rip you new asshole buddy

timing belt is important and requires some expirience to do so get that done at the dealer ...after all it comes with warrenty no matter if they do bad or good job but as far as tuneup that's nothig you cant do yourself
you should also change coolant, brake fluid, trany fluid a/t or m/t
