spark plug firing order

I have a 99 elantra that is giving my problems, the car was spudering and the engine light on , first the mechanics change the spark plugs and that was the problem, for 2 weeks then the car started to spudder again, the mechanics said the coil pack needed to replaced. O.K. when they return the engine light went on again (Suspect the spark plugs wires not correctly in the right sequence,) need help? babtbobot1@netscape.com
