Oil pressure sending unit?
Exactly what does this thing do... Im wondering because I've been having a BIG problem with my car in reverse. WHen i put the car into reverse sometimes it dies on spot other times it misfires. Then when i try to take off in 2nd the car will just bog down and die.... its weird, the car doesnt know its in reverse lol It doesnt do that in 1-5 but it does periodically act strange (could be lots of things though). Neways i was messing around under to hood to see if the linkage could be ripping a wire or something and noticed that the wire going to the pressure sensor (its only one wire) was broken. When i touched it it fell off, I reconnected it. Does this default the ecu to a shutdown mode or something, ne1 know?
