Default a stupid rattle...

hey, I have a kind of rattle on the passenger side wheel. I am assuming this could be suspension or the control arm? It only happens from time to time and I can only hear it when I have the window down and it is when I go over bumps and schtuff. I changed both control arms about 2 years ago and I looked and the links are secure...
