hi people whats up !! its been a long time that i havent written anything here but please help me out..I Have a 2000 accent and im getting a weak signal in the coil that controls cylinder 1 AND 4. The oter coil works perfect . The coils are brand new and also the wire and plugs and the car keep on giving me low voltage on that particular coil ,, This is driving me crazy can anybody help me
Do you have access to a meter that can read insulated resistance? i.e. a multimeter or a MegOhmMeter? If you have access to one and know how to read it measure the resistance from terminal to terminal on the ignition fuse to check for short-to-ground.
ok i dont have a none of those things but i do remember a blue cable that had some sort of insulation ,, i did put a msd dis2 on my car but since its been giving me those weak sparks in coil one i put the by pass terminal witch it brings so that i can fix the problem and find the thing thats causing it. Maybe it could be that cable ??
the car has new spark plug wire the coils are brand new and also new sparks plug in it you see ,,this problem is getting worse and its really annoying damnit can anybody help me out here man im desperate ,, apparently what i think thats happing is that one of those cable that lead to that coil is doing ground on some aerea but where?? can some one help i would really apreciate it ,, my car is turbo and i really need this fixed
its not that it dosnt have a spark its that the coil witch control cylinder one and four has a weak spark signal ,, its not working at full capacite it has a low voltage signal in that specific coil
