Default Paint transfer from something...not quite maintenance but need help

So this doesnt quite fit in the maintenance thread but it didnt quite belong anywhere else either. pretty much somebody sucked at parking and kinda grinded their bumper against mine and i got some lovely paint transfer. Its on there pretty dang good i was scrubbing at it for a while and only got a little tiny bit off. From what i can tell, all of my paint is still there... so i didnt feel the need the file a report or insurance claim or anything (or should i and get some cash ). How do I get this guy's paint off? He had left already by the time i noticed it...the paint was red...car parked next to me was black lol. I was thinking rubbing compound? Or is there a better alternative?

yeah pick up nu-finish from target or walmart. it's a paint restorer and works great for getting minor scuffs off. You could get it professionally buffed but i'd try that stuff first. worked for my uncle and he's a picky man.

That's what your looking for. Make sure it's the scratch remover, not just the polish.

Carb cleaner works wonders, just follow it up with soapy water immediately afterwards! DO NOT RUB HARD with carb cleaner! just spray and it should dissipate immediately.
