'95' excel torque converter problem

my 1995 excel may have a broken torque converter. does anyone have any suggestions as to how i can get this fixed on a budget? also, if you have had this problem before pleeeease let me know what you did in my situation...

That involves pulling the tranny away from the engine... unless you do it yourself, it's not gonna be cheap no matter how you look at it. I would use this opportunity to swap to manual...
