cooling fans and A/C run all the time.help

i have an 03 tiburon gt
both cooling fans and the A/C come on as soon as i start the car.
the A/C is turned off inside but the compresser is running.
plus, first thing in the morning when its 20*F outside the cooling
fan shouldnt be on. anyways, any help would be nice so thanks in advance!
if u need anymore info let know.

It is common if the defrost or defogger is on the AC system will automatically activate to de-humidify the air. At least in Accents it is.
