Default Car maintenance nubee 50,000km

I don't know much about cars, only know how to drive them. But i need some advice.
I own a hyundai accent 2005. I bought it brand new 2 years 6 months ago. I don't drive it much because my work is walking distance. But i have reached 50k on it
But my dealership is telling me that at 50km i need a service 4 which consists of

Oil change
Inspect fuel lines, fuel hoses and connections
Inspect vapour hose and fuel filler cap
Replace air cleaner filter
Inspect all drive belts
Replace engine coolant
Inspect manual transaxle oil
Inspect brake fluid
Inspect brake hoses and lines
Inspect rear brake drums/linings, parking brake (or rear discs/pads)
Inspect front brake pads, rotors
Inspect exhaust pipes and muffler (after manifold)
Inspect suspension mounting bolts
Inspect steering gear box, linkage and boots/lower arm ball joint
Inspect power steering pump and hoses
Inspect battery terminals
Rotate tires
Inspect driveshafts and boots
Inspect transfer case and rear differential fluid levels (AWD models only)

This costs 241.99$

I have never done any maintenance or replaced anything on my car other than just oil changes. I have never had problems with it. And its barely used.

What is your advice? Should i go ahead and get this done?

Also i have always used the extra premium gas, since i heard it is better for the engine in the long run. Should i continue doing this?

Help!!

I didn't see "install a fart can" on that 50000 mile maintenance so they must be pullin your leg. Nah just kidding, yes do the maintenance most of that inspecting you can do yourself if you have good eyesight and know where to find said pieces. But an oil & coolant & air filter are where the money is and it aint 241 dollars worth
