Default Need wire diagram for O2 sensor

I have a 2003 Tiburon GT V6. I have a check engine light on with code P0057. I tried changing the O2 sensor twice. First with a generic one from autozone, then with one I got from the dealership. Both were unable to get rid of the CEL. Now my question is what is the wiring diagram for the O2 sensor? There are 4 wires and this is the info I found with a volt meter.

Black = 0V
Gray = 13.9V
Yellow = 4.8V
White = jumps around from 2v to 4v. (I think this is the wire that is having the problem)

Does anyone know what value the white wire is suppose to be and what it is for?

Thanks for any help.

It is the front (left) lower one. I just looked at the fuses under the hood and under the steering wheel. I don't see any fuses for an HO2S. I looked at the ones that said ecu but they were all good. Do you know where this fuse is?
