Welcome to the boards! We could help more if you post up the budget you have to work with. There are plenty of things that can be done to improve the performance of a turbocharged engine, all it takes is time and money.

Thats the normally-aspirated car: really all you can sensibly do to it is take out the stock airbox, fit a K&N 57i Induction Kit (cone filter + cold air inlet pipe) & put a Powerflow (custom-made) cat-back exhaust on.
Should be good for around +12 bhp.

My mods.(180 crank bhp.) include: cold air induction (with 12v fan & ram air), dump valve, FSE fuel pressure regulator, strut brace, rear (+2.5") spacers, Spax lowering springs & Pedders shocks. Subaru bonnet scoop & upgraded cockpit. Custom 2.5" exhaust with twin 4" tailpipes & 15"x7" alloys . Intercooler fitted + manual boost controller & oilcooler.

before you go spending money on an aftermarket cat-back.
Consider going to a custom exhaust shop and having them bend you up a cat-back.
You will have to determine the pipe OD that you want, but its cheaper than buying the thing.8D

I don't even know if an aftermarket cat-back is made for that car.

Powerflow exhausts are fabricated to Customers` requirements & fitted on site at several U.K. locations.
See ad. in March issue of Fastcar U.K.
Cheers, Nick.:
