Default MOVED: HELP ME!! MY INTAKE OR FUEL INJECTOR OR SOMETHING!!!

my car is stupid. it is making some weird sound!!! when i step on the gas, my car starts to make sound like brooo-ook-ook-ook-rooom during 1000 to 2500RPM! it used to be brooom~. i have OBX CAI, OBX header, and OBX catback. anyones car doing this? i first thought that it was intake's fault because the hanger broke off! (OBX CAI is a copied of AEM) so i thought this was caused by intake pipe shaking. but i took the intake off and just running short pipe underhood and is doing the same.
hey dweet, since you have same mod as i do, does this happen to you too??
i gotta rev it to 2500RPM to start! :dead:

Does the car shake??

If so I'd immediatly cehck my spark plugs and then do a compression test.

You may have a injector leaning out a cylinder, which tends to not be good!

Sounds like the MAF, check your connections make sure it ok, getting a voltage reading off it, and not installed backwards. Does your CEL come on?

I had the problem too and it was due to fouled plugs that fried my wires.

LOL, yeah Dweet because you are always replacing stuff....
If you would ever leave anything on long enough to go bad you might have the problem.

Check all the connections on your intake, make sure the maf is turned the right way, make sure the connector from the MAF to the trottle body has no cracks. Those cracks are somewhat common. It could be causing an air leak. Are you getting a CEL?

Are you getting a flashing CEL? If so, thats a misfire so GET TO A DEALER/SHOP IMMEDIATELY.

Have you recently changed your plugs or plug wires? If not, how long (mileage) has it been since they were changed?. If never, whats your current mileage?
