Default Intake Manifold boring????

I want to bore my manifold.

What kind of bit do I use?

Dremel or drill?

Dunno bro, if you're asking which tool to use I'm assuming that you're not too familiar with this task. Better to have a machine shop do the job, if you bore incorrectly and/or off-center you'll create vortices in the flow path and nuke performance into the ground.

It's not difficult to do yourself. Check out this site. http://webhome.idirect.com/~trini/car/elantra.html Get a "Burr" like this set on ebay http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=2508152935&category=12 578
Make sure you get allll of the shavings up. Use wax to keep the metal from sticking to the burr. A candle will do well for this. Take your time and make sure you get all the shavings. Should take less than an hour from hood up to hood down.

dude, i don't know if you want to do it yourself...first get an intake manifold from a junked car and practice....don't be fooled by those do it yourself kits.
